This position is able to approve items within the bank website and train others on the products at hand.##

* Job Duties and Responsibilities:

**** Reconciliation and Deposits Within Other Systems:
*** Approve reconciliations for REPO Plus
* Complete bond deposits in TAM on a daily basis
** Approve Payments in Bank/Check Bank Website:
*** Approve ACH’s initiated in the bank website
* Check Bank website for deposits that have hit our system
** Assists Accounting Manager with Mentoring and Other Duties:
*** Help train new employees
* Lend assistance to other coworkers when the need arises
** Assists with Month End Closure:
*** Book profit sharing amounts at the end of the month
* Book accruals at month end
* Complete balance sheets on a monthly basis##
** Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
* 1+ years of relevant work experience required
* Experiences in Excel and/or Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus
