Job Overview
As an Escrow Payments Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include the development of client relationships and ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of escrow premium payments, associated reports provided to clients, and notifications sent to financial institution borrowers. The role requires objectively analyzing internal reports to ensure clients’ collateral are adequately insured and communicating with clients, field, and internal operations departments regarding the overall status of service delivery.
Job Duties & Responsibilities- Analyze premium reports (50%): analyze escrow premium reports for accuracy so that each insurance premium payment is processed by the client for submission to the carriers, ensuring properties remain insured.
- Maintain accurate and timely processing (20%): audit for accuracy and execute the processing of clients’ Collateral Protection Insurance reports, notices and certificates in a timely and accurate manner, mitigating exposure to loss and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively (15%): professionally consult and communicate with clients and internal employees on day‑to‑day operational or client portfolio questions.
- Assess opportunities for improved processes (15%): assess and communicate to management any discrepancies or opportunities for improvement regarding each client’s loan data processing and insurance data processing.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 3–4 years of directly related work experience required.
