Compensation Analyst – Carmel, IN Compensation

Our client is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join their mid size (and growing) organization. This role will work on site in Carmel, IN with the option to work 1 day a week from home.

Responsibilities- Oversee job evaluations for client groups to establish and maintain accurate job grades
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
- Conduct market pricing of new and existing jobs, provide recommendations and the impact of recommendations
- Analyze new survey data sets, make recommendations for adjustments to salaries, job grades, etc.
- Utilize Workday reporting for compensation monitoring and auditing
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of compensation work experience
- CCP or Masters Degree preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, comfortable with complex spreadsheet design and analysis
