Credit Analyst

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Credit Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients in the energy industry. This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-performing credit and risk team during a critical transition period. The role is based in Carmel, IN, and offers the chance to contribute to compliance and audit readiness while gaining exposure to energy market operations.

• Support credit and risk functions by analyzing financial data and ensuring compliance with audit standards
• Assist in managing credit exposure and evaluating unsecured credit risks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Contribute to the development and documentation of credit processes and controls

• Degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in credit analysis or a related field
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and audit standards
• Experience analyzing financial statements and unsecured credit
• Familiarity with the energy industry, including margin calls and virtual megawatts, is a plus
• Background in bankruptcy from the creditor’s rights perspective is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
