This on-site position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in escrow, mortgage, or financial services who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to accurate and compliant financial operations.
Escrow Payments Coordinator

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $17/hour + $100 Sign-On Bonus*
• Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST
ROLE IMPACT
As a vital member of a leading financial services team, the Escrow Payments Coordinator ensures the accurate and timely disbursement of insurance payments, contributing to seamless escrow operations. This role upholds regulatory compliance while fostering interdepartmental collaboration and supporting financial accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process escrow premium reports and coordinate timely insurance disbursements
• Review and manage Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) reports and notices
• Resolve payment/reporting discrepancies through audits and interdepartmental collaboration
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific guidelines
• Support process improvements and ensure documentation precision
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of experience in escrow, mortgage, or financial services
• Proven analytical and communication skills
• High attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Escrow and mortgage servicing platforms
• Microsoft Excel and internal reporting tools
• Email and client communication systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with CPI policies and escrow payment cycles
• Experience with compliance-driven documentation
• Ability to manage deadlines under pressure
