• Lead and inspire a team of hairstylists and barbers.
• Maintain a high‑energy, customer‑focused environment, ensuring every client leaves satisfied.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to sharpen skills.
• Manage daily operations—including scheduling, inventory and timekeeping.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback and concerns with professionalism.
• Achieve sales targets and earn bonuses.
• Create an inviting salon culture that reflects the Sport Clips brand.

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in the haircut or grooming industry.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and passionate about grooming.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid cosmetology or barber license.
