PRN Physical Therapist - Acute Care

Carmel Heart Center - 70580 N Meridian St. Carmel, IN

Hospital/Clinic Information:
This is a cardiac center where cardiac surgical procedures are performed.

PRN Hour Requirements: 6 weekend shifts per quarter, 1 holiday and related weekend per year (alternating major and minor holidays);
No weekday requirements, but will be opportunity to pick up shifts or cover scheduled PTO.

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

PRN Rate: $50/hour

PRN Weekend Rate: $60/hour

Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
