Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Clay Terrace, Carmel, IN is looking for talented Massage Therapists to join our professional and highly experienced team. You will work with a full book of loyal clients in a beautiful and busy spa with dedicated staff.

$1,500.00 SIGN ON BONUS and the highest pay tiers and commissions in the area! Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available with flexible scheduling to support an excellent work‑life balance.

• Perform consecutive 50‑minute quality massage therapy sessions
• Design specific sessions based on client’s individual needs
• Maintain a strong desire to help others by promoting the healing benefits of spa services
• Carry liability insurance

• Licensed Massage Therapist (full or part‑time)
• Knowledge of Swedish massage, deep tissue, and pre‑natal techniques
• Willingness to design personalized treatment plans
• Recent graduates are welcomed
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
