Ambulatory Clinical Operations Manager- OBGYN

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our OBGYN leadership team in the role of Ambulatory Clinical Operations Manager.
ResponsibilitiesThis position exists to manage the daily operations of patient care and resources in a defined patient care program, area or clinic. The scope of accountability for the specific responsibilities varies related to individual unit and program needs.
Fully onsite role Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. The primary location for this role is at IU North Medical office building but the manager will round to satellite locations in Zionsville, Westfield, E Washington St, and Noblesville.

Service Line Administrator - Direct Reports: 30‑40
- Knowledge in business applications.
- Ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources.
- Knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span.
- Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age and development levels of the patients served.
- Ability to facilitate and lead work groups.
- Ability to apply the organization personnel policies and procedures.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
- Ability to take initiative and meet objectives.
- High level of interpersonal, problem‑solving and analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at the time of hire effective February 24, 2013.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Basic Life Support certification required. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
