About the Role

We’re hiring a Director-level leader to build and run our Sales Operations and Billing Operations function end-to-end. This role owns the systems, processes, and reporting that power our revenue engine—spanning lead management, pipeline health, contracts, billing, commissions, and customer retention. You’ll be both a hands‑on expert (Hub Spot/Salesforce + billing/Chargebee) and a builder of scalable processes and a future team.

What You’ll Do
  • Own GTM Systems & Data
    • Serve as expert administrator for Hub Spot
      , including architecture, user management, data hygiene, integrations, and automations.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (duplicate records, data migrations, integrations).
    • Define and maintain lead lifecycle
      , scoring, routing, and scheduling logic.
    • Oversee database structure and governance to ensure consistent, accurate reporting.
  • Design and maintain pipeline management processes, opportunity stages, forecasting hygiene, and SLA adherence.
  • Build and publish sales performance dashboards (rep, team, funnel) and board‑level reports.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on territories, quotas, and monthly commissions.
  • Assist with sales collateral (decks/presentations—own structure and 80–90% completion).
  • Own Billing Operations
    • Oversee contract administration
      , order forms, approvals, and CRM‑to‑billing data flow.
    • Manage billing systems (e.g.,
      Chargebee
      ), subscription setup, invoicing cadence, and renewals.
    • Create and enforce SOPs for contracts, billing, collections, and renewals.
  • Drive Customer Retention
    • Build and maintain partner/customer health records and reporting; identify risk and expansion opportunities.
    • Partner with CS and Marketing to operationalize renewals and retention strategies

  • Deliver recurring revenue analytics and ad‑hoc insights to guide GTM strategy.
  • Leverage AI‑driven tools (e.g., predictive scoring, data cleansing, workflow automation) to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Use SQL and database management skills to extract and transform data for reporting and optimization.
  • Own the Rev Ops tech stack roadmap and continuously improve processes for scale and accuracy.
What You’ve Done (Requirements)
  • 7–10+ years in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations
    , with meaningful exposure to Billing Operations
    .
  • Expert‑level Hub Spot or Salesforce admin experience; formal training/certification strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management (data structuring, queries, reporting).
  • Hands‑on experience with billing platforms (ideally Chargebee) and contract workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRMs, automation platforms, and AI‑based productivity tools.
  • Proven project management across parallel initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in CRM reporting and business metrics (funnel, pipeline, retention, commissions).
  • Demonstrated self‑sufficiency—able to define problems, build solutions, and ship improvements with minimal guidance.
Nice to Have
  • Experience building a Rev Ops function from early‑stage to scale.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Background supporting SaaS subscription models and ARR reporting.
How You’ll Be Measured
  • Accuracy and timeliness of commissions and billing.
  • CRM data quality and adoption; lead SLAs and conversion metrics.
  • Forecast accuracy and pipeline health.
  • Retention and renewal performance tracking.
  • Implementation speed and measurable ROI of process/system improvements.

This is a Director‑level role with a path to build and lead a specialized team across Sales Ops, Billing Ops, and Analytics as we scale.
