Senior AI/ML Engineer

Geeksoft Consulting is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in model development, data engineering, and product ionizing AI solutions at scale.

• Design, develop, and deploy ML and AI models for production environments.
• Work with large, structured and unstructured datasets.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate ML models into applications and microservices.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and engineering teams.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new AI/ML techniques and tools.
• Ensure model lifecycle management, monitoring, and retraining.

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands‑on experience with ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn.
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics.
• Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.

• Experience with cloud AI/ML services (AWS Sage Maker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools, CI/CD for ML pipelines.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
