As the Solution Line Director for Warehousing & Logistics, you will lead the strategic development and lifecycle management of Belden's solution portfolio within the Warehousing & Logistics vertical market. This role is responsible for deeply understanding customer problems, market trends, and competitive landscapes to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned solution line, ensuring alignment with Belden's overall innovation and business objectives.
You will own the solution line strategy, roadmap, and portfolio prioritization within your vertical, and manage a team of Solution Line Managers. This position offers flexible work options (Remote/Hybrid available, with travel as required).
- Define and own the strategic vision, roadmap, and portfolio for Belden's Warehousing & Logistics solution line.
- Lead deep discovery of customer problems, market needs, and evolving industry trends within the Warehousing & Logistics vertical.
- Drive the solution Bill of Materials (BOM) lifecycle management, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring optimal performance and market fit.
- Collaborate with Product Group and Global Vertical Leads to ensure product development aligns with solution line needs and supports vertical execution at scale.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Line Managers, acting as the primary internal advocate and subject matter expert for your solution line.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in product management, solution management, or strategic marketing within the warehousing, logistics, or supply chain technology sector.
- Proven ability to define and own strategic visions, roadmaps, and portfolios for complex solution lines.
- Deep understanding of customer problems, market trends, and competitive landscapes within the Warehousing & Logistics vertical.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, customer-centricity, and team development skills.
- Demonstrated accountability for revenue growth, market share, and successful launch/adoption of new solutions within a vertical.
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $180,000 - $250,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
