Job Summary
Senior Commercial Lines Account Executives at Dimond Bros. work closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all parties involved.
Pay Range: $26 - $38 / hour
Duties/Responsibilities- Market new and existing business to carriers to provide insurance solutions both independently and in partnership with the Sales Executive
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal team
- Partner with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategy including participating in client meetings and carrier meetings
- Create professional Proposals and Renewal Summaries utilizing AMS
360 - Review all documents for accuracy and completeness
- Issuance of complicated Certificates of Insurance, including contract review
- Maintain confidential information
- Keep accurate and detailed records within the agency management system
- Using independent judgment and discretion to service book of business, including reviewing coverage and answering questions from the insured
- Proven understanding and following of SOPs and Best Practices
- High-level of insurance knowledge with comfort in discussing coverage with underwriters and insureds
- Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency s management systems, Microsoft software products, and carrier resources
- Pro-active, with the initiative to prioritize and meet deadlines
- High-level customer service, organization, and attention to detail
- Team player that collaborates well with others
- Willingness to be a mentor to other team members
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License
- Minimum Previous 5 years’ experience as a successful Commercial Lines Account Executive
- Proven commitment to continuous insurance education and growth
- Professional Insurance Designation(s) preferred
