In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel; Litigation

Overview

Epic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team. The role focuses on managing litigation and regulatory matters while advising Epic on its evolving competitive landscape. The position is based in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area with full reimbursement. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level.

• 3–7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail; creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination (or proof of vaccination).
