Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks an associate attorney in Carmel, Indiana, with 1-5 years of legal experience to support corporate, real estate, estate planning, and litigation departments. The candidate must be in good standing and licensed to practice in Indiana, demonstrating initiative, strong research, analysis, legal writing, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with managing attorneys on strategy and client communication.
• Prepare and review closing documents and coordinate the closing process.
• Assist with wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Provide exceptional client service and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
• 1-5 years of legal experience.
• Proficiency with Clio, Microsoft Office, Adobe, E-filing, and Westlaw is desired.

• J.D. Degree required.

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
