Looking for experienced attorney looking to gain further experience and looking at Partner track. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who is eager to take on challenging work and continue to build their legal career. Firm is seeking candidates with experience in Estate Planning, Insurance or Family Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive and precise legal research and analysis.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to develop and implement case strategies.
• Provide exceptional client service and foster strong client relationships.
• Participate in professional development and continuing legal education opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana and in good standing.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Superior academic credentials and strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and electronic filing systems.
