Representing significant revenue contributions, the Product Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company’s product portfolio and provide crucial strategic leadership and oversight to critical Product Groups for Allied Solutions.
Reporting directly to the VP, Risk Management Products, this role will operate at the intersection of innovation, execution, and enterprise alignment and is accountable for defining and aligning the Organization around the multi-year Strategic Roadmap that includes developing and managing the overall market strategy as well as ensuring the Products deliver high-quality services for Clients and meets revenue and margin expectations set by Allied.
As Allied builds out a new product department, this role will be instrumental in establishing foundational processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration within Product and across ETG, Operations, Accounting, and Distribution, while also driving clarity in a complex and evolving environment. As a result, this role requires frequent collaboration with internal and external executive leadership as well as key stakeholder groups to develop and execute an aggressive, while profitable growth strategy.

Partner engagement strategies (Provider, Carrier, Supplier, etc.) must be created and implemented as critical elements of delivering a Product capable of achieving Allied’s share of the Total Addressable Market (TAM).
Collaborating with Distribution and Enablement teams, the 2nd VP, Risk Management Products must operate as a business owner, responsible for defining and managing the Product’s Budget and full Profit & Loss (P&L). This includes making strategic decisions that balance client and prospect requests with revenue and earnings goals. The role requires thoughtful expense management, prioritization of investments, and a clear understanding of financial levers to drive sustainable growth.

The individual will be empowered to assess trade-offs, approve or decline client-specific customizations, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
As a people leader, this role will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team. This includes hiring top talent, coaching and developing team members, and making difficult personnel decisions when necessary. The leader will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. They will provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and support professional growth through regular feedback and development planning.
Success in this role requires bold decision-making, tenacious prioritization, and the ability to say “no” with empathy and strategic clarity; protecting product teams from distractions by enabling them to deliver high-impact solutions while maintaining focus on what matters most.##

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Product and Provider/Partner Leadership – 40%
* Align product strategy with enterprise goals and market opportunities.
* Define and communicate product vision and strategic objectives.
* Lead product discovery and validation efforts while evaluating new ideas and initiatives for strategic fit and timing.
* Determine key strategic partnerships necessary to achieve scale in order to meet Revenue and Margin expectations; manage partner relationships and engagement plan.
* Represent Allied Solutions Product Suite with customers and partners to gather and share information, assess fit and build relationships.
* Lead Carrier and Partner management, ensuring strategic alignment, performance and mutual value creation.  This includes negotiating and managing agreements, driving go to market initiatives and fostering collaboration to enhance product offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence – 20%
* Partner with other product leaders, Operational Leaders, and Executive Teams.
