Next Gen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Vice President of Operations at our prestigious QSR brand, located in Carmel. This full-time, on-site position presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader to influence our operational strategy and drive excellence in a dynamic hospitality environment.

As the Vice President of Operations, you will oversee the daily operations of our QSR brand, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and quality to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency and promote our brand's growth. This role is pivotal in shaping our operational vision and aligning it with our business goals, all while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development.

We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $250,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement within our innovative hospitality organization.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the QSR brand, ensuring adherence to company standards
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and profitability
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance to align operational initiatives with business goals
  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess operational success

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Director or Vice-President in operations, preferably in the QSR or hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentorship
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and improve efficiency
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
