Successful luxury spa seeking a highly motivated and passionate Assistant Spa Manager with a strong sales background to join our talented team and growing spas. This position offers a strong growth opportunity within the company, ultimately leading to management of multiple locations in the Indy Market.

The Assistant Spa Manager will play a vital role in motivating and organizing our team of over 70 employees to achieve sales goals. This full‑time sales position requires strong communication, organizational skills and exceptional customer service abilities.

• 2-4 years strong sales background
• 2-4 years management experience in retail/sales
• Ability to drive team to achieve sales goals
• Leadership skills to guide staff to operate at peak efficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Customer service oriented
• Self‑starter and multi‑tasker
• Flexible schedule
• Experience with the Millennium Point of Sale System a plus
