Salary $115,000 - $140,000 per year

This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at client relationships, and has a track record of delivering challenging projects safely, on time, and within budget.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5–10+ years of experience managing commercial and/or industrial construction projects.
- Proven success overseeing projects in the $15M–$40M range.
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and cost controls.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, CMiC, MS Project, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong client relationships.
