Overview
The Project Manager – Level 4 defines, develops, and manages multiple large, concurrent, complex, multidimensional projects and programs with support from other members of CS. Responsible for managing scopes and timelines, leading cross-functional teams, and providing ultimate client satisfaction. This individual must be highly efficient and an expert in all facets of project management. The Project Manager – Level 4 has earned the respect of clients who rely upon this individual’s knowledge and expertise.
Mentoring and onboarding other project managers are a vital part of the role in supporting the growth and development of CS. Other responsibilities include management of project resources to ensure our partners’ goals are achieved on time, on budget, and with unparalleled quality to lead to an outstanding client and faculty experience.
- Works collaboratively and consultatively with clients with minimal supervision
- Has a strong understanding of the strategic direction of assigned accounts, along with knowledge of the client-specific disease states, products, and marketplace competition
- Provides original and strategic ideas and follows through to achieve client goals
- Has an advanced knowledge of and experience with Petauri Advance products and services and can consistently make needs-based product and service recommendations to clients
- Is responsible for the assignments to and performance of all team members
- Leads other project managers and cross-functional teams through successful project execution and completion
- Mentors and onboards project managers
- Understands and is able to apply and articulate privacy and compliance guidelines
- Leads onsite events and proactively manages vendors to achieve the best results for the client
- Supports client work by traveling to live events and meetings
- May sometimes perform the tasks or role of the account lead

- A bachelor’s degree and 6 years of project coordination experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical/medical device)
