WHAT ARE WE ALL ABOUT AT ELEMENT THREE?
Element Three is a full-service agency that bridges the gap for businesses in the dealer distribution model. We go beyond the obvious, bringing campaigns to life with big ideas, building brand strategies, telling stories, and creating meaningful marketing. Our purpose is to “foster growth in people and business so they can change the world.” The team at Element Three takes this mission seriously, and it is manifest in everything we do.
We make good brands great. We are accountable for delivering results on our strategies. Every single time. What does this mean for you? You will join a team of tenacious, hard-working pros who excel in what they do and lift each other along the way.
As a Senior Project Manager, you are a leader who takes responsibility for the successful delivery of work from kickoff to final deliverable. You decide business first, balancing client goals, quality, and agency profitability while understanding the long-term impact of your decisions. You hit the mark by getting clear on what being asked, aligning early with the team, and delivering the appropriate level of excellence where it matters most.
In this role, you take the initiative to navigate project complexities and make it easy for the team to stay organized & informed. You’re a stickler for transparent communication and foster an environment where teams can deliver excellent work.
AS A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS:
- Draft a Project Plan for a new project.
- Facilitate an internal account-level meeting to identify, discuss, and resolve issues.
- Assemble a timeline for a new project and assign the appropriate milestones and tasks within our project management system.
- Confirm that a client deliverable has passed through the appropriate internal QA process before it is shipped to the client.
- Monitor team Slack channels and facilitate meetings to maintain clarity for all participants.
- Lead a project status client call. You’ll keep everyone on schedule, take note of key updates and potential project roadblocks, and ensure that immediate next steps are identified and assigned.
- Navigate a fire on an active project. A key deliverable won’t be completed in time for the campaign launch, and the client needs to be informed of how we plan to resolve the issue quickly.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses and provide forecasted revenue projections to Element Three’s finance team.
THIS JOB MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:
- You care about people and want to give them the tools and resources they need to succeed. You are patient, level-headed, and consistent. You are a confident and thoughtful leader. You are collaborative and decisive.
- You are organized, prompt, and responsible. You enjoy managing information and keeping everyone on the same page.
- You don’t shy away from conflict, and you actively seek clarity.
- You don’t give or take unclear assignments. You ask questions and get to the heart of the task at hand so you can set your teams up for success.
- You are curious by nature, adaptable, and thoughtful. You focus on solutions, not problems, and never point fingers.
- You are an anchor of reality, practical, and encouraging. You are highly collaborative but also work well independently.
- You are tenacious, motivated, and driven. You take ownership of your time with us and truly make a difference. You’re eager to take the next step.
- You embrace the influence you have over the work. You remain transparent, aware, accountable, and consistent while expecting the same from your teammates.
