Valvoline Instant Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to serve as the right hand to the Service Center Manager. You’ll lead a high-performance team, perform oil changes and educate guests, and ensure policies are followed.
You will train hourly staff, supervise daily operations, manage schedules, assist with inventory and audits, and help maintain a safe, efficient center. Weekend availability may be required to support guests across locations.
