The OpportunityIndiana Wellness College is seeking an exceptional Weekend Clinic Manager to lead our student clinic across Massage
Therapy and Esthetics. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing people, strengthening teams,
building accountability and creating an outstanding student and client experience.
What You'll Lead- Lead Thursday, Friday, and Saturday clinic operations across Massage Therapy and Esthetics.
- Develop direct reports through regular 1:1 meetings, direct engagement, coaching, feedback, recognition, and clear follow-through.
- Set expectations, build accountability, and help Clinic Coaches and assigned staff become stronger in their roles.
- Own clinic flow, staffing, client experience, service-area readiness, supplies, safety, sanitation, and required documentation.
- Support students as they build confidence, professionalism, judgment, and career-ready skills.
- Coordinate with Academics, Front Office, and IWC leadership; identify issues early and drive them through resolution.
- 2–3 years of management experience required, including responsibility for leading employees and holding team members accountable.
- Demonstrated success developing people through 1:1 conversations, coaching, goal-setting, and real-time feedback.
- Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving, people-centered environment.
- A proactive leader who sees what needs attention, takes ownership, and follows through. Experience in education, spa/wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or clinic operations is strongly valued.
