Description

The Digital + Marketing Strategist supports the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across PMG’s portfolio. This role is ideal for a professional who is hungry to learn, detail‑oriented, data‑driven, and eager to contribute to high‑quality deliverables and client success.

Roles + Responsibilities Campaign Execution + Reporting
  • Build, deploy, QA, and monitor paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, Linked In, etc.
  • Maintain channel setups including tagging, tracking, UTMs, GTM events, and analytics integrations.
  • Pull and organize performance data formulier dashboards, weekly updates, and monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Draft first-pass analysis and insights that explain what happened, why it happened plus what should be optimized next.
  • Monitor pacing, budgets, competitive activity plus performance shifts; proactively flag shifts and opportunities.
  • Support SEO tasks including keyword research, content audits, SERP analysis plus competitor review.
  • Conduct social listening, trend monitoring, influencer/competitor audits plus audience research to inform strategies.
  • Assist with development of channel recommendations, audience segmentation, and vitro customer journey mapping.
  • Draft campaign briefs, testing plans, creative needs lists, and channel‑specific recommendations.

  • Collaborate with creative, content + analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Present assigned components of strategies and reports in client meetings (Cho/a channel performance, pacing updates, optimizations).

  • Partner Marketing strategists to ensure digital campaigns support client goals.
  • Participate in marketing discovery + campaign alignment.
