Wellness Nurse – Bickford Senior Living

Join our dynamic team as a Wellness Nurse. Support resident care within the branch, ensuring daily medication needs are met in a compassionate and dignified way.

• Accurately follow the resident eMAR to ensure medications are given according to Physician orders.
• Understand and follow the “Six rights” of medication administration and all Bickford policies and procedures regarding medication management.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate appropriately with clinical leadership for clarification and direction regarding resident medication administration and care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise resident care work of non‑licensed team members as appropriate.
• Lead by demonstrating Bickford Mission “Whatever it Takes” to all other team members on shift.

• Active license as an LPN or Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Willing to take additional training or education as required by specific states.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Bickford’s eMAR system.
