Landscape Crew Members

Position Overview

Salsbery Brothers Landscaping is a reputable landscaping company known for providing high-quality landscaping services to residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking dependable individuals who are interested in joining our team as landscaping crew members. This position offers the ability to showcase quality workmanship and execute various landscaping projects!

As a landscape crew member, you will play an important role in ensuring all jobs are completed correctly and on time. Crew members work in the field with a crew of 2 or 3 and a foreman, and the team is expected to get work done safely, efficiently, and with quality.

• Professionally represent Salsbery Brothers Landscaping
• Maintain communication with the job foreman
• Work as a team to meet projected hours on jobs
• Prepare and secure all materials, tools, and equipment
• Learn how to operate equipment safely
• Promote safe working conditions at all times
• Maintain clean equipment, truck, trailer, and job site
• Maintain company policies and procedures

• Work experience is preferred, but we will train motivated and qualified individuals.
• Basic plant identification and care knowledge
• Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs or more regularly
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Have a good work ethic
• Operate equipment relative to your position
• Ability to work on your feet for long hours
• Willingness to be a good team member

$18‑20 hourly depending on experience
