Senior Quality Control Inspector at Triangle Engineering LLC
Triangle Engineering is seeking a Quality Control Inspector Technician to join the team.
Location: Carmel, IN
Employment type: Full-time
Wage: $23-31/hr, depending on experience
Responsibilities- Perform quality inspections using applicable inspection tools and calibration procedures
- Complete first article inspections and related forms as necessary
- Work with inspection equipment (e.g., optical comparator, profilometer, thread gauges, height gauges, etc.)
- Utilize GD&T tolerances to ensure conformance
- Read and interpret blueprints and related documentation
- Conduct Gage R&R studies as needed
- Maintain punctuality and dependable performance
- Prepare and maintain accurate inspection records
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality inspection
- Experience with a variety of inspection tools and calibration procedures
- Ability to perform first article inspections and complete related forms
- Familiarity with inspection equipment (e.g., optical comparator, profilometer, thread gauges, height gauges, etc.)
- CMM experience is not required but is useful
- Strong with GD&T tolerances
- Strong math skills
- Ability to read and interpret information on blueprints
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with Gage R&R studies
- Good references
