Pro Resources is hiring an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with an established manufacturing company in Carmel, IN! We're looking for a hands‑on leader who enjoys developing teams, improving quality processes, and working closely with leadership to maintain high standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily quality assurance operations and processes
- Maintain quality standards and support ISO 9001 compliance and audits
- Lead, coach, and develop quality team members
- Investigate quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Prepare quality reports, analyze data, and communicate findings to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Previous quality assurance or quality management experience in manufacturing
- Automotive industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality audits preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
- Team-oriented approach with a focus on coaching and collaboration
