As a Shift Lead
, you support the Assistant and General Manager by running exceptional shifts independently and embodying the Live Mas spirit. You take ownership of each shift, solve problems proactively, and guide your team to success.

• Run shifts efficiently, ensuring smooth operations while upholding Taco Bell standards.
• Tackle problems and seek help when needed, taking initiative to address challenges and support the team.
• Provide guidance to team members, mentoring and leading them to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure excellent customer service, cultivating an environment where every customer leaves happy and satisfied.
