Job Description

As an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile, assist our servers in providing exceptional guest service, and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant. You will work hard, but have a great time doing it.

Minimum requirements:

• Must be at least 17 years old

• Able to communicate effectively with others

Physical Standards

Must have the ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds, speak clearly, and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Transports plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.

Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings and/or masks, and disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift. Ability to wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently.
