Job Overview
Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr, up to $17.00/hr (based on experience)
Hours: Part‑time, Day Shift 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Schedule: Thursday through Sunday availability
The Store Representative (Store Rep) is responsible for stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating product in storage rooms, and moving items from storage to the sales floor. The Rep works independently and with a team, interacting with store personnel and occasionally participating in service projects.
Responsibilities- Merchandising and stocking product displays (grocery and hardlines)
- Resetting and building displays using planograms and instructional materials
- Rotating date‑sensitive product on shelves and in the backroom
- Transporting product between the sales floor and the backroom
- Safely using store equipment
- Using electronic devices for communication, work instructions, and reporting
- Building relationships with teammates, store personnel, and customers
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Reading and following directions accurately
- Customer‑service orientation
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a service industry is a plus
- Comfortable using a personal mobile device
- Proficient writing and communication skills
