Overview

Store Manager role at Panda Restaurant Group. Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community.

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store to success and ensure high standards of operation and service.
• Participate in an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

When performing duties, counter areas may be hot with steam and food vapors. Workspace is restricted; employees may need to stand for long periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal communication and ability to adapt to changing priorities are required. The facility may be noisy and storage space limited.
