Job Summary
On behalf of Geeksoft Consulting, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships. This role requires strong client‑facing skills, the ability to engage with C‑level executives, and a solid understanding of cloud and SaaS‑based solutions. The ideal candidate will drive the complete sales lifecycle while collaborating closely with internal teams and global experts.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a strategic understanding of client business needs and align Geeksoft Consulting’s solutions accordingly.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, opportunity management, deal closure, and post‑sales engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive account growth.
- Collaborate effectively with internal delivery, recruiting, and global expert teams to ensure successful execution.
- Develop account strategies that drive revenue growth and long‑term partnerships.
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and client engagement metrics.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or similar role in IT services or consulting.
- Strong ability to interact with C‑level executives and senior decision‑makers.
- Basic understanding of system architectures, with a focus on cloud computing and SaaS software solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and global stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset and passion for driving business impact.
- Experience working with enterprise or mid‑market clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Prior experience selling cloud, SaaS, or digital transformation services.
