Job Summary

On behalf of Geeksoft Consulting, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships. This role requires strong client‑facing skills, the ability to engage with C‑level executives, and a solid understanding of cloud and SaaS‑based solutions. The ideal candidate will drive the complete sales lifecycle while collaborating closely with internal teams and global experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a strategic understanding of client business needs and align Geeksoft Consulting’s solutions accordingly.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, opportunity management, deal closure, and post‑sales engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive account growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal delivery, recruiting, and global expert teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop account strategies that drive revenue growth and long‑term partnerships.
  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and client engagement metrics.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or similar role in IT services or consulting.
  • Strong ability to interact with C‑level executives and senior decision‑makers.
  • Basic understanding of system architectures, with a focus on cloud computing and SaaS software solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and global stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset and passion for driving business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid‑market clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Prior experience selling cloud, SaaS, or digital transformation services.
