Loan Advisor- Sales Mentorship Program

Job Summary

This is a full-time, in-person Home Loan Advisor Trainee position. You’ll be trained directly by top producers and company leaders in real estate finance sales. We provide paid training, leads, a guaranteed base salary, uncapped commission, and full benefits.

NO mortgage experience required – just bring a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to win.

• Make outbound calls and transfer potential clients to Loan Advisor Mentor
• Learn how our CRM works and how we track opportunities
• Help manage follow-up and keep detailed notes on potential clients
• Support Top-producing Loan Advisor on live deals & Operational task
• Learn Loan programs & guidelines & the loan process Flow

• All the above + Manage your own client pipeline

• Local to Carmel, IN - Voted Best Places to Live– this role is 100% in-person
• No experience needed – but sales/real estate/finance background is a plus
• High energy, coachable, hungry to grow
• Money motivated – this is a six-figure+ opportunity
• Comfortable on the phone and in a fast-paced environment

• $1.5M Funded Volume (5 Loans): $57,000/year
• $2M Funded Volume (6 Loans): $84,000/year
• $2.5M Funded Volume (7 Loans): $123,000/year
• $3M Funded Volume (9 Loans): $162,000/year
• $4M Funded Volume (12 Loans): $264,000/year
• $5M Funded Volume (15 Loans): $366,000/year

No cap. The more you close, the more you earn.

• Monday to Friday-8:30-5:30
• Weekend availability as needed
