Leasing ConsultantPedcor Homes is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. We're looking for someone with strong sales ability, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional experience for every prospect and resident.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, relationship builder, and self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people find the perfect place to call home.
What You'll Do- Tour the community and apartments with prospective residents
- Assist with application processing and leasing paperwork
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong prospect relationships
- Assist with day-to-day office operations as needed
- Proven success in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
