Our tight-knit team actively seeks a Large Format Sign Installer and Vinyl Specialist to join us full‑time. The diverse product offerings at Alpha Graphics Carmel require an understanding of printing, finishing, sign application, and installation. Our Large Format Sign and Vinyl Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of digital print production, including the management of our large format printers and equipment.

As a Large Format Sign Installer, you will be responsible for the precise installation of various large-scale signage projects. Working within a team or independently, you'll ensure signage is installed safely, accurately, and efficiently according to client specifications and industry standards. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Other essential functions are needed to provide the highest quality customer service and product output.

• 3-5 years experience installing graphics and signs.
• Installing Vinyl and Large Format Graphics on walls, windows, doors, and vehicles.
• Installing Dimensional Letters interior and exterior.
• Previous experience in signage installation or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in the operation of installation equipment and tools.
• Strong understanding of signage materials, fabrication techniques, and installation methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.

• Installation: Execute the installation of large format signage, including but not limited to banners, vinyl graphics, illuminated signs, channel letters, and architectural elements.
• Site Assessment: Conduct on‑site assessments to evaluate the installation environment, identify potential challenges, and develop installation plans accordingly.
• Material Handling: Handle signage materials with care, ensuring proper storage, transportation, and handling procedures are followed to prevent damage.
• Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy and quality of installed signage, making adjustments as necessary to achieve optimal appearance and functionality.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients and project stakeholders, providing updates on installation progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Documentation: Complete installation documentation, including job reports, sign‑off sheets, and inventory records, to maintain accurate project records and facilitate invoicing.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot installation issues as they arise, implementing effective solutions to ensure project timelines are met.
