You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural issues, travel between properties, mentor on-site staff, and help uphold BAM standards of service.
The role requires 4–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience, EPA Type 2 or Universal certification, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel 50–75%.
