Youth Soccer Instructors Needed for Children Ages 2-8:
Greater Indianapolis Area (Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion Counties) & West Lafayette/Lafayette

Soccer Shots is the #1 Children’s Fitness franchise in the country. We hire only the best instructors who are passionate about working with children. While soccer skills are helpful, the ability to handle a group of 12 three-year-olds and make a lasting positive impact is essential. Our goal is to make each 30-minute session the highlight of each child's week, fostering confidence both on and off the field.

We are hiring part-time coaches with afternoon and evening availability to work in daycares, preschools, and community centers across the city. Candidates should be available three full days a week, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options. Morning classes run from 8am-12pm. Starting pay is $17 per session (approximately $34/hr), with potential for growth into higher hourly or salaried positions. Multiple classes at some locations mean coaching 2-4 consecutive sessions, earning between $34-$70 per hour.

Sessions run Monday through Friday, including some evening park programs. Once scheduled, your hours and locations are consistent throughout the season, which lasts 3-4 seasons (9-12 months). We seek long-term commitment and growth-minded individuals.
