Early Childhood Education Soccer Instructor Part Time/Full Time
Join as an Early Childhood Education Soccer Instructor at Soccer Shots Franchising. We are looking for qualified coaches, preschool teachers, or driven individuals who love working with children aged 2-8 across the Greater Indianapolis Area (Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion Counties) & West Lafayette/Lafayette.
Soccer Shots is a best‑in‑class children’s soccer program focused on character development, motor skills, and teamwork. Coaches are the “face” of Soccer Shots, traveling to partnering locations and implementing the Soccer Shots curriculum.
Why Soccer Shots?- Flexible scheduling – once your schedule is set, you will work the same times and locations each week.
- Competitive pay – starting lead pay $17 per session (≈$34/hr). Additional training pay $12 per session. Coaches typically manage 2‑4 consecutive sessions per location.
- National presence – Soccer Shots operates in over 190 territories across 34 states.
- Availability:
Full‑time coaches must be available 8am‑5pm Monday‑Friday, up to 2 weekday evenings (4pm‑7pm), and possibly Saturday mornings. Part‑time coaches must be available at least 3 full days a week, all mornings or all afternoons/evenings Monday‑Friday. - Responsible & dependable:
Arrive 15 minutes early, maintain attendance accuracy, communicate well, and manage a group of 10+ preschool children. - Enthusiastic & high energy:
Enjoy interacting with children 2‑8 years old, be outgoing, animated, and bubbly during every session. - Transportation:
Own reliable transportation. - Equipment:
Own and have daily access to a computer, printer, and internet.
Candidates must commit to at least the next 3‑4 seasons (9‑12 months) and ideally seek long‑term employment (12 months) with growth opportunities.
