Laboratory Courier

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Courier to join our laboratory team. This role is essential in ensuring the timely and secure transportation of laboratory samples, documents, and supplies. • This route would be approximately 4 hours each day (5am-9am), possibility for more if performance is above average.
• Collect and deliver laboratory specimens and related materials to the laboratory once a day.
• Ensure all items are handled with care, following proper safety and handling protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including documentation and tracking.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and confidentiality regulations during transportation.
• Communicate effectively with laboratory staff and external contacts to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues.
• Inspect transportation vehicles regularly to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in courier, delivery, or transportation roles preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially hazardous materials responsibly.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

This job is paid hourly and by mile.
