Local CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver – Home Daily Shuttle

Pay: $25–$28 per hour (plus shift differentials). Overtime paid for hours beyond 40 per week. Additional incentives: $500 new hire transition bonus paid in full on second paycheck and $3,000 referral bonus per qualified driver referred. $250 per day for two‑day paid orientation.

• Home daily route.

• Minimum 1 year experience with at least 6 months verified flatbed in the last 3 years.
• Minimum of 6 months securement training, including chains and binders.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid CDL-A.
• DOT qualified.
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test.
• Satisfactory safety and employment history.

Drivers will be responsible for shuttling trailers between the yard and the plant. Equipment primarily includes step deck trailers, with occasional use of double drop trailers.
