We are actively recruiting a talented Physician specializing in Diagnostic Radiology to provide critical coverage for hospital ED and inpatient settings in Carmichael, CA. What You Will Need:

• Proven expertise in reading general diagnostic studies, including MRI, CT, US, and X-Ray
• Proficiency with PACS systems (Merge PACS preferred)
• Experience with voice recognition systems such as Nuance Power Scribe 360
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
• Strong attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in CA, CO, MI, SC, or FL

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Prior experience in emergency department and inpatient radiology
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records
• Experience working in high-volume settings, interpreting 20-25 US and 25-30 CT/MRI studies daily
• Past remote or telehealth radiology experience

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO with board certification in Radiology
• Active state medical license
• At least 2 years of post-residency experience in diagnostic radiology

Other Requirements:

• Residency in California, Colorado, Michigan, South Carolina, or Florida
• Availability to start as soon as credentialed, around mid-September 2025
• Work schedule from 12 AM to 8 AM PT, with flexibility to cover any days of the week
• Duration of 3 to 6 months, with potential for extension
• Equipment and IT support provided, workstation setup available
• Malpractice coverage included; orientation rate capped at $257.50 per hour after 8 hours; holiday rate at $772.50 per hour; telehealth rate not to exceed $515 per hour
