• Must be 5150 certified in CA (5150 is a involuntary evaluation for a 72-hour hold in a psychiatric facility. It's used when an individual is believed to be a danger to themselves or others due to a mental health condition)

Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.

Obtaining 5150 includes completing a training program and passing an exam with 80%
