PROFILES ARE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE UNIT need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Copy of the DL is needed at time of submittal to validate legal name - Pulse must reflect the name on a gov't issued  - no middle initial or middle name Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.

Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. Unit Cath Lab RCIS/CVT must have scrub experience for PCI/STEMI Notes Obtained by email with manager # suites/labs 2 beds Certs required for Techs
-RCIS and BLS is required. Does not have to hold any radiology licenses.

- Techs/response time:
Call as needed. In average 12 days a month which includes at least one weekend Friday 1730-monday 0700 response time is 30 min. Holidays Call for holidays. - All cardiac invasive procedures, minus structural heart. Peripheral procedure; carotid, A/V grafts, EVAR, peripheral diag and intervention IR
- Peripheral procedure; carotid, A/V grafts, EVAR, peripheral diag and intervention. No “dirty” procedures such as pegs, g tubes, nephew tubes etc…. Additional Notes 2 years of cath lab experience is required.
