  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of AT&T products and promotions, ensuring every customer interaction is informed, relevant, and persuasive.

  • Own the customer journey from start to finish—from first contact to final order and follow-up—providing a smooth, professional experience every step of the way.

  • Surpass individual and team sales benchmarks, driving enrollment growth and contributing to the overall success of our Sacramento-based outreach efforts.

  • Utilize mobile apps and digital tools to process orders, track performance, and manage daily reporting with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Foster long-term customer relationships, becoming a trusted local advisor for AT&T Residential solutions and ongoing service support.
