We’re looking for a enthusiastic, friendly individual to join our team as Holiday Sales Advisors / Receptionist. This role is perfect if you enjoy working in a lively environment and want flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests, owners, and locals with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Handle bookings, amendments, and enquiries efficiently using our internal systems.
  • Communicate clearly with customers via email, phone, and in person.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and park wardens to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Assist with sales by offering extras, upgrades, or additional nights where appropriate.
  • Manage owner bookings, group bookings, and seasonal touring bookings.
  • Operate internal systems to process payments, owners requests, gas orders, swimming tickets, and other transactions.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and uphold our park’s 5-star service expectations.
  • Support with admin tasks and ad-hoc duties to keep the park running smoothly.

Hours

32 Hours per Week Monday to Sunday, Evening & Weekend working is essential
