The Director of Teaching and Learning will provide strategic leadership in academic quality, oversee curriculum development, foster excellent teaching standards, and lead a dedicated team of academic staff. This influential role involves shaping the future of international education at KUIC and ensuring outstanding student outcomes through innovative and high-quality programmes.

• Lead and uphold high standards of academic quality and performance across all programmes.
• Drive the development and delivery of an evolving and competitive academic portfolio.
• Lead, support, and develop academic staff, including both permanent and sessional lecturers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote excellent student achievement.
• Collaborate effectively with Keele University and Navitas partners to enhance academic offerings.
