We're looking for a talented qalified Finance Bsiness Partner to join or FP&A team and play a key role in driving bsiness performance, profitability, and growth.

As a trsted advisor to operational and senior stakeholders, yo'll provide insight, challenge, and financial expertise that helps shape decision-making across the bsiness.

• Partner with operational leaders and department heads to improve financial performance
• Deliver meaningfl monthly reporting and performance analysis
• Lead bdgeting and rolling forecasting processes
• Bild robst financial models, bsiness cases, and investment appraisals
• Spport new bsiness tenders and contract reviews throgh pricing and costing analysis
• Drive process atomation and continos improvement initiatives
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Help strengthen financial controls and governance across the bsiness

Yo'll be a commercially aware finance professional who enjoys working closely with non-financial stakeholders and inflencing bsiness otcomes.

Essential:

• CIMA, ACA or ACCA qalified
• Strong finance bsiness partnering experience
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
• Experience with bdgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
• Excellent commnication and presentation skills
• Ability to bild credibility and inflence at all levels
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills, with exposre to finance and BI systems sch as Dynamics 365, Adaptive, Qlik View or Power BI
