We're looking for a passionate HR professional to lead our people agenda and support the continued success and growth of our business.

The Details
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (with flexibility to meet business needs)
  • Reports to: Finance Director

As our HR Manager, you'll lead the Human Resources function, providing both strategic and day-to-day HR support across the business.

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development.
  • Develop and implement people strategies that support business growth, employee engagement and talent retention.
  • Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people matters.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning and employee development across the business.
  • Promote employee wellbeing and a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, support payroll administration and produce HR reports to support business decisions.
  • Lead performance review processes and identify training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure HR systems and processes are efficient, confidential and compliant with GDPR and Health & Safety requirements.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
  • Experience with in hospitality, leisure, tourism or a multi-site business.
  • Experience implementing HR initiatives that improve engagement and retention.

Candidates with prior experience in a similar role are essential
